Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products offered via the website www.aziendalevigne.com, operated by AZ. AGR. LE VIGNE DI PETTINI ANDREA (hereinafter “Le Vigne”). By making a purchase, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1. Subject

These Terms and Conditions govern the distance selling of food products (wine, extra virgin olive oil, honey, pasta) to:

• Consumers — natural persons who make purchases for purposes unrelated to their professional activities (hereinafter referred to as ‘Consumer Customers’);
• Business customers/companies (B2B) — to whom certain consumer protection provisions do not apply.

2. How to purchase

2.1 Standard purchase (direct checkout)

For oil, honey and pasta, purchases are made via the usual shopping basket and checkout process, with payment made in accordance with the methods set out in Article 6.

2.2 Purchase based on a quotation – Wine category

Direct purchases are not available for the Wine category. The Customer submits a quote request using the relevant form, receives a quote from Le Vigne and confirms the order. The contract is deemed to have been concluded only upon confirmation of the order in response to the quote, not upon submission of the request.

3. Sale of alcoholic products – Declaration of legal age

The sale of wine is restricted to persons aged 18 or over. By submitting a request for a quote or confirming an order for products in the Wine category, the Customer confirms that they are of legal age.

4. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of VAT. For products in the Wine category, the price is shown directly on the product page. The price shown in the quotation request summary is the final sale price, subject to any changes communicated by Le Vigne prior to order confirmation (e.g. product availability, current promotions).

Prices do not include delivery charges, which are shown separately.

5. Dispatch and delivery

For details of delivery methods, times and costs, please refer to the Shipping and Delivery page. Deliveries are handled by GLS and BRT; estimated delivery times are [X–Y working days] for Italy and [X–Y working days] for international deliveries. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery (Article 63 of the Consumer Code). Any damage caused during transit must be reported within [X days] of delivery, accompanied by photographs.

6. Payment methods

• Credit/debit card via Stripe;
• Bank transfer.

Le Vigne reserves the right to add PayPal and Satispay in the future. Card details are processed directly by Stripe. In the event of cancellation, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the original order.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumer Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the terms of the Withdrawal and Returns Policy. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Products must be returned in their original condition, with the original seal intact and unbroken. Pursuant to Article 59(e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose seal has been broken after delivery.

From 19 June 2026, you may also exercise your right of withdrawal via the dedicated digital function in the ‘My Orders’ section of the Website.

8. Statutory guarantee of conformity

The Products are covered by a statutory guarantee of conformity for 24 months from the date of delivery (Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code), which is separate from the right of withdrawal.

9. Information on allergens

Information on allergens is provided in the product information sheets and on the Allergens and Food Safety page, in accordance with EU Regulation No. 1169/2011.

10. Privacy and Cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

11. Dispute resolution

Le Vigne invites customers to contact info@aziendalevigne.com in advance to resolve any disputes amicably.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For B2B customers, the Court of Grosseto shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
