🍷 Wine
Sulphites occur naturally in wine and are used as a preservative. Their presence must be indicated when the concentration exceeds 10 mg/l.
🫒 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Produced in an oil mill dedicated exclusively to olive processing. There is no risk of cross-contamination with other allergens.
🍯 Honey
Produced exclusively by our own bees, reared in Italy. Entirely produced in-house, with no blending with honey from other sources. Country of origin: Italy.
🍝 Pasta made from ancient grains
Made from Khorasan, Farro and Senatore Cappelli wheat varieties. All contain gluten. May contain traces of mustard.
⚠️ This product is not suitable for people with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.
