Shipping and Delivery

1. Carriers and shipping methods
Le Vigne ships orders through the following carriers via the Sendcloud platform:
- Poste Italiane — primary carrier for Italy, Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Belgium
- FedEx — carrier for France
- UPS — alternative carrier for international shipments
The choice of carrier is at Le Vigne’s discretion. Products in the Wine category are shipped exclusively in reinforced special packaging for bottles.
2. Order processing time
Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. For Wine orders placed on a quote basis, processing time starts from the acceptance of the confirmed quote. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date. Le Vigne is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond its control.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total order weight and destination.

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Le Vigne reserves the right to offer promotional free or discounted shipping in the future, as indicated directly at checkout.
5. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged. Products in the Wine category are shipped in reinforced special packaging for bottles, included in the shipping cost.
6. International shipping
Le Vigne ships to Italy and the following EU countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France.
For other countries, please contact info@aziendalevigne.com. For non-EU shipments, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Shipment tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
8. Damaged or undelivered goods
Damaged products
If products are damaged upon delivery:
- Do not refuse the parcel — accept it with a written reservation on the carrier’s document (e.g. “accepted with reservation for possible damage”);
- Photograph the packaging and damaged products immediately;
- Contact Le Vigne within 3 business days at info@aziendalevigne.com with the photographs.
Undelivered goods
In case of non-delivery, please contact the carrier with your tracking number or write to info@aziendalevigne.com for assistance.
9. Shipping address
Please carefully verify the shipping address entered at the time of order. Le Vigne is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
