Chiara, founder of Terre di Chiara, is a woman who has turned her passion for the land and cooking into a concrete project: an farm-to-table<\/strong> that combines tradition, sustainability and love for the land. I remember the smell of her tarts, the sound of the pots and pans, and the flour covering our hands. My grandmother had a restaurant-hotel, Il Belvedere, in Roccatederighi, and she was an exceptional cook. Every dish was a perfect balance of flavors, never obvious. Those moments marked my life and ignited in me a passion for cooking and sharing.\u201d<\/p>\n Chiara also fondly remembers walks to the Thursday market, among colorful stalls and the smell of fresh fruits and vegetables. \u201cIt was a different world, slower, more authentic. And I feel lucky to have experienced it.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cOver time, work took me away from the kitchen,\u201d Chiara continued. \u201cBut as I turned 50, something clicked. I felt the need to return to my roots, to share not only wine, but all the products of our land. They are simple but meaningful dishes that celebrate tradition and the quality of raw materials.\u201d<\/p>\n Chiara stresses the importance of sustainability<\/strong>: \u201cEverything we produce is organic. We believe that respecting the earth is the only way to offer quality products and preserve the land for future generations.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cTerre di Chiara is not just an farm-to-table,\u201d Chiara emphasizes. \u201cIt is a place where people can reconnect with nature, relax and experience authentic moments. We organize walks in the vineyards, picnics under the ancient olive trees and cooking classes. I like to think I have the opportunity to make this paradise known, along with many other good operators in the area.\u201d<\/p>\n Mount Amiata, with its forests, trails and ancient villages, offers a different, more intimate and authentic experience. \u201cHere, time seems to flow more slowly,\u201d Chiara says. \u201cAnd there is a wild beauty that conquers you.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe are working on new experiences and projects,\u201d Chiara concludes. \u201cWe want to expand our offer, with more courses, events and activities related to wellness. Our goal is to continue sharing the beauty of Maremma and its products, always keeping our philosophy alive: simplicity, authenticity and respect for the land.\u201d<\/p>\n Projects in the pipeline include walking meditations, courses on wellness and nutrition<\/strong>, and new proposals for private and corporate events. \u201cWe want Terre di Chiara to be a reference point for those seeking an
