Couriers and delivery methods<\/h2>\n<p>Le Vigne uses the following couriers for its deliveries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>GLS <\/strong>\u2014 a leading courier service for Italy and the EU<\/li>\n<li><strong>BRT <\/strong>(Bartolini) \u2014 secondary courier service for Italy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The choice of courier is at Le Vigne\u2019s discretion. Products in the <strong>Wine <\/strong>category are shipped exclusively in <strong>special reinforced bottle packaging<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h2>2. Order processing times<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are dispatched within <strong>[X working days]<\/strong> of payment confirmation. For wine orders placed on the basis of a quotation, the timeframe begins from confirmation of the accepted quotation. Orders received at the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.  <\/p>\n<h2>3. Le Vigne accepts no liability for delays caused by the courier or by events beyond its control. <\/p>\n<h2>4. Delivery charges<\/h2>\n<p>Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the <strong>total weight of the order<\/strong> and the<strong> delivery address<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>[TO BE INSERTED: table showing weight bands and costs by destination]<\/p>\n<p>Le Vigne reserves the right to run promotions in the future offering free or reduced-rate delivery, which will be indicated directly at the checkout stage.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Packaging<\/h2>\n<p>All products are carefully packaged. Products in the <strong>Wine <\/strong>category are dispatched in special reinforced bottle packaging, which is included in the delivery charge. <\/p>\n<h2>6. International deliveries<\/h2>\n<p>Le Vigne delivers to <strong>Italy <\/strong>and the following EU countries (phase 1): <strong>Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For other countries, please contact <a href=\"mailto:info@aziendalevigne.com\">info@aziendalevigne.com<\/a>. For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the recipient. <\/p>\n<h2>7. Tracking your parcel<\/h2>\n<p>Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives an <strong>email notification<\/strong> containing the tracking number and a link to track the delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Damaged or undelivered goods<\/h2>\n<h3>Damaged products<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of products being damaged on delivery:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Do not refuse the parcel<\/strong> \u2014 accept it with a written reservation on the courier\u2019s delivery note (e.g. \u2018accepted subject to possible damage\u2019);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Take photographs<\/strong> of any damaged packaging and products straight away;<\/li>\n<li>Please <strong>contact Le Vigne <\/strong>within <strong>[X working days] <\/strong>at <a href=\"mailto:info@aziendalevigne.com\">info@aziendalevigne.com<\/a>, attaching the photographs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Goods not delivered<\/h3>\n<p>If your parcel has not been delivered, please contact the courier using the tracking number or email <a href=\"mailto:info@aziendalevigne.com\">info@aziendalevigne.com<\/a> for assistance.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Delivery address<\/h2>\n<p>Please check carefully the delivery address you entered when placing your order. Le Vigne cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. <\/p>\n<h2>10.
