Cancellation and Returns Policy<\/h1>\n

This page describes the procedures by which the Consumer Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal in respect of purchases made on www.aziendalevigne.com<\/strong>, in accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005).<\/p>\n

1. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

Consumer Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days<\/strong> from the day on which they take physical possession of the Products. In the case of an order comprising multiple Products delivered separately, the period begins from receipt of the last Product.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal is reserved for Consumer Customers and does not apply to B2B Customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

2. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal \u2013 sealed products<\/h2>\n

Pursuant to Article 59(e) of the Consumer Code<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been opened after delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Wine, extra virgin olive oil, honey and pasta are food products: the right of withdrawal normally applies<\/strong> within the 14-day period, provided that the bottles, containers and packaging are still sealed and in their original condition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If the Customer breaks the original seal of a Product, the right of withdrawal relating to that Product can no longer be exercised<\/strong>, even if the 14-day period has not yet expired.<\/p>\n

This condition applies individually to each Product: in an order containing multiple items, it is possible to return Products that are still sealed even if others have been opened.<\/p>\n
